Donations
Donations are generally non-refundable because they are tax-deductible gifts that go to work right away. If you made a donation in error, such as a wrong amount or a duplicate gift, email us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will make it right.
Program fees
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your first session, you will receive a full refund. After programs begin, refunds are prorated for sessions not yet attended. If something comes up, please reach out. We would rather work it out with you than lose you.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may choose a make-up session or a refund for that session.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or call 503-330-6443. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
